Mar 10, 2008 Hi Anne, Thanks to your list of ships, I have found 11 ancestors (so far) from 1618 to 1635. Charles R. (Bob) Shaw
Feb 9, 2008 Re: Ship lists Your hard efforts were greatly appreciated - It was great to find my ancestor Jo. Harris on the ship Christian of 1634. Now I can go from 2000 back to 1634! Richard Brown

Nov 10, 2007 Dear Anne, Thank you for all the wonderful detail on the Shurtleffs. My husband, Robert Ferrell, is the great-grandson of Willard Shurtleff, son of Ichabod and Mahala (Kempton). You did not show any details for him. We even have a photo of him holding Bob's uncle Willard Rykert when he was a baby. If you want any of the Rykert/Ferrell info I would be happy to give it to you. Bob's mother and grandmother were DAR members in Illinois. It was interesting to see all the Revolutionary War information listed for so many. You have put together a tremendous amount of information. Thank you. Amy Ferrell
Nov 1, 2007 Hello Anne- I was doing some research on my family history, and it led me to your very impressive website. Lynne Harris
Nov 1, 2007 Your web pages are great. Thanks for all the work! Cheers, Paula Comstock Houston, Texas
Aug 24, 2007 Re: Genealogy Lady Anne, Just a quick note to thank you for your inspired poem, "We are the story tellers..." on your web site. It has inspired me to finally write up some of my family history that I have been collecting for the past 40 years! I hope you won't mind me including it in my eventual book (mainly for a few of my relatives). Bless you in all you do, Bill Benson
Aug 4, 2007 Just got through looking at your entire web site. Wow! You should write a book! Brenda Reiss
Jan 18, 2007 Re: Ship lists Thank-You for preserving history. I appreciate the transcriptions you folks work so hard to make, especiallythe Caribbean & West Indies. They are few and far between for people who cannot pay for history and have an ancestor who is most probably from the region & to Charleston & Savannah. Finding the rascals may possible thanks to you all. Robert B. Carter III
