Kitchen Witches

One of my more creative and fun ideas. One year everyone received a Kitchen Witch for Christmas. The first witch was a full bodies witch, took hours. I soon shifted to faces only and had ten made in one day.

Each face is unique, different, and really humourous. The witches were given with 'birth certificates' and each had her own name. Harriett, Winifred, Gerturde, Maradean, Devorah, Calantha, Mirsada, Lucienne, Tabitha, Sobriana, Amitya, Fiorella, Willamina, Arlenabell, Ernestine, Geraldine, Ester, on and on.

All you need is a little fimo, doll face molds, an oven, craft paint, black fabrics, doll hair, glue and a whole lot of imagination. The full bodies require wire, batting and a broom. I made a small broom by hand and one witch rode a spatula with a melted tip. How apprapoe!

"Kerritt" sans her broom

Not all witches are crones, you know

Smiling little witch faces ready to pop into the oven. Oh noooo!!!!
