Every single person in the world
has been affected by Tuesday, September 11, 2001.
These events will live long in
our memory, both those who witnessed
the unspeakable horror, those who watched it and cried
from afar.
Our children's children will hear of this day in future
history classes.
May we never forget
May we keep this day,
The events and the tears
In our minds, our memory and our hearts
and take them with us as we carry on.
I WANT TO REMEMBER
May we always remember.
May we find peace in this world.
May this never happen again.
Teach your children well.
July 7, 2005 | The Outrage Continues |
Today the attacks continue, but now on British soil.
Innocent Britons lost their lives due to the evil acts of idiots called
terrorists,
people with no regard for God, life, rights, honour or humanity,
ironically deeds done in the name of exactly the same.

Pray. Continue to pray.
Thank you, all, for all the guestbook entries and kind
words, even those who said it made them cry.
Somewhere I read that the tears we cry in joy or sadness for others are
saved
by God in a jar and those tears are what will save mankind.
If this page affects you, if it helps you to remember
this must NOT happen again,
please share this page with those you know and love
and especially with someone who is angry and has the potential to hurt
others.
It is our job, each and every one of us
to make SURE this does not happen again.
Here, or any where.
Ever.
While September 11, 2001 is an event we can not, should
not, will not forget, |

The hundreds, the thousands of men and women,
Please remember these people every day "Live a life worthy of their sacrifice" |
We will need ALL our strength and unity.
IMAGINE
...the entire country holding hands.
Offer a helping hand, where just a few months ago, you would have just continued on your way.
Absorb your spouse's hug, kiss, your life together, breathe
in that moment.
Today might be their last day.
Give your child a cheery, loving smile and hug, make sure they know you love
them.
Today might be their last day.
Call your family, tell them what you have been putting off.
Today might be their last day.
Stand quietly, peacefully in the wind, listen to the birds, watch the sun
set.
Today might be your last day.
Treasure each day like it's the last day.

Strength is born in the deep silence of suffering hearts; not amidst joy. ~ Mrs. Hermans
There are reports from everywhere, of every kind of deed possible.
A German ship passing one of ours with the American flag posted at half mast.
Words spoken by the pilot to those brave enough to fly on the twelfth
of September.
Letters from survivors.
The unprecedented playing of our National Anthem in England.
American flags fly literally everywhere across the United States and the
world.
Memorial pages are made by the hundreds.
Email is continual.
There is support, unity, love and hope everywhere you look.
Don't put this away somewhere deep in your minds.
KEEP IT GOING!
Carry on, live every day, with September 11, 2001 in your hearts
and souls.
Remember.
Move on, changed forever.
Strength is born in the deep silence of suffering hearts; not amidst joy. ~ Mrs. Hermans

Eternal vigilance is the price of liberty. ~ Jefferson
Will we ever understand how anyone could have willingly
caused this kind of pain for others?
The world has to change.
The world CAN change.
One person at a time, one step at a time.
It starts with you.
When our hatred is violent, it sinks us even beneath those we hate. ~ Rochfoucauld

September 11, 2001 Experiences
While there have to be hundreds upon hundreds of sites
now on the web
concerning this tragic day and personal experiences at Ground Zero,
the links placed here are the pages I have stumbled across that are of special
interest -
those that strike at the heart the way we NEED to be reminded.
Fifteen years later, all those links have been removed - all those pages are gone.
I want to remember and can only pray you want to as well.
